Geo tags - Tapatalk

Admin - Could these be turned off on the forum?

As I cannot seem to find the disable setting within the application, even though location services are off.

Tapatalk users - If you have ever made a post using Tapatalk with location services on then it will show the exact location you at. Which in most cases will be your home address (if you zoom in)

Turn them off by going to settings menu, then select geotagging and select off,

I can't see geotagging in settings, is it within another section?

Stay in Tapatalk but leave the forum then go to settings.

Tried that already but it didn't work as the tag is a historical one from when I started to use Tapatalk last year

Can this be turned off on the forum side?

There's no geotag data stored on our server, it is all on the tapatalk network.

I was going to suggest going to settings on the iphone and location services and turning it off in there, but I just did it on my iphone and for some reason tapatalk is the one app that is not listed in there. Bizarre as that would've been the simplest solution
