After reading the 'Fav Avatar' thread and tried to do it myself and fail could someone help me and explain how to load a photo to both my avatar and the sig bit at the bottom...sorry im a bit crap at this kinda stuff. Have no idea on the signature but when trying to upload a photo to the avatar one of the photos i was trying to load was about a 3 MB file but it said it could only accept 11KB so im massively out and also how the hell do you determine the pixel height/width stuff????

MS picture manager (or whatever it's called) can edit the pics to the right size
