This was discussed the last time the forum was re-organised. There was a strong desire to not chop things up into lots of micro forums, to try to limit the number of different forums. Many regulars use the New Posts feature, so see all posts in any case. Thus we did not see a strong need for yet another general Zed forum.

I'm not one to cling steadfastly to the status quo, so if there were enough interest in an addition, I'm not against it. It doesn't really affect me, as I am one of those that use the New Posts.

I use new posts too... And I guess I use the e85/86 section for discussing anything general to do with my Z... Everyone just chips in across the boundaries, do they not ? I know for a fact that some people (Woots) have no boundaries anyway
