Many of you have a pic of your wheels with your signature, how do I do that?

You need to use the same coding in your signature that you would in a post....
but you will need to do the coding manually... :( or cut and paste...

For Example... [ img ] http:/ /www.photobucket.com/ youraccount/ yourpic.jpg [ /img ]

Except without the spaces. Just add that to your sig and whola! Just ensure that the pic isn't uber sized please. Short and wide is OK, Like WLH's.

Your image is 235 px high but needs to be no more than 150 px in height....
The height of the picture in my sig is exactly 150 px. If you need help re-sizing the pic let me know.
The coding to display the photo in your sig is as follows:

Code: Select all

and it will display as below:

Photobucket allows you to edit the picture to the correct px size as above and retain the correct aspect. Check the editing tools menu

I haven't been able to do this since I started on here. Can't see the edit size function on the app version of photobucket.

Anyhoo just incase someone feels generous I am posting a picture here in the hope someone can do this for me. :D

Got the picture resized on photo bucket I think. 150 height 225 width. No units on photobucket but I assume it is in pixels. It still appears on my sig box as a line of text rather than a picture?

Any other advice, tips? Resized picture shown below with no problem in a thread but not in the sig box.Image

There is also a file size limit to the picture which is a function of the level of quality. I reduced the file size of your picture to 16 K which is well below the 19K limit I believe. Let me know if you need anymore help.

I have also been having trouble with this, and my computer-skilled daughter is 100 km away. I just picked a photo and put it into Photobucket, then edited it to resize to 120 px wide. It came out pretty small, but this is a test to see if it shows up as my avatar.
