PM Read/Unread Colours

Don't know if this a common issue or only due to me being partly colour blind, but I cannot tell the difference between read and unread PM's

Is it possible to get the colours changed to make it easier to see.

First world problem I know, but still a PITA.

Going back to the question though - just looked in my inbox and the unread ones are in red, the read ones in block.

So if it looks like your chair, you have not read it, if it looks like the outside of your car - you have read it

I know that, problem is the difference between them isn't great enough for me to tell the difference.

The problem is similar to the issue with your car, where everybody thinks it's a beetle. The difference just isn't big enough
