Apparently, I have 3 PM's "on hold" due to full folders, I've emptied out a lot of them from inbox/sent etc, but they are still not coming through? Is there something I need to do, or does the server do a regular "sweep" to check for more space and automatically make them visible when it sees that space has been made?

once you have freed space in your inbox you will need to release the held messages.
