This was me too. I was like :cry:
Cleared my cache on Firefox " about:preferences#advanced ". Cleared it up now :)

All ticks are present - still no notification(s).
Not a biggie, but something for the admin(s) to address when any important+urgent issues are sorted.

seems fine on both mobile and desktop after clearing cache, guess you upgraded to phpbb 3.2?

Yup, that's correct... easiest way of getting ReCaptcha 2 on here... we've had a lot of bots hitting the site recently and it works quite well for that.
