I'll have to keep an eye out for you as we seem to both live in Cheshire (I'm near Nantwich).
Thanks, I'm near Altrincham

I think that is exactly it - colours seem to be popular in cycles, and white wasn't fashionable in the fairly short life of the E86.

Enjoy resuming normal service!

Cheers Fella, what did you change to?
Moved onto a e89 bit better on the quality side (interior) but missed the smoothness of the straight 6..
Just sold the 28i thinking of getting a 435 90% going for the diesel (fuel of the devil) :o :o

The 35d is a fantastic engine and I was considering it, but the m135i has got me well & truly back into petrols. In time the 435i should hold its value better, the 335i is evidence of that, quite rare as a Coupe.

Wow your Zed looks very nice! The M135i is stunning and the performance is silly quick. I was close to getting one but I've fallen for the Z4, it'll probs be next in all honesty. Will be interesting to see what your thoughts are on the Zed compared to the M135i.

Both give the same driving enjoyment, but in different ways. The M135i is obviously more modern and that is very obvious driving the Z4C. It takes more effort to unleash the power in the Z4C, but then again it's a manual, so a direct comparison is more difficult.

I've recently replaced the RF's on my coupe for Michelin pilot sport 4's, eliminated the tram lining and now feels a much nicer ride :D

What you want to see is in the rear view mirror.
