Afternoon all!

Well after weeks of lurking, I finally went out and purchased a 2004 2.2i Z4 in some kind of blue! (Can't quite tell if it's Toledo or Monaco)

I drove it an hour home and it's beautiful! Feels great to drive. First port of call will be the stubby aerial I think. Then maybe the CDV because I'm really feeling it in first and second.

Sam.

Hi and welcome. I’m guessing Toledo blue. Don’t think Monaco was an option back then.

Welcome Sam - roadster great choice

I would make my first mod moving the roof motor into the boot if its not already been done. There's a few forum members who can do this in minutes for you.

Thanks all! Roof motor is a good shout. I had planned to try and clean the drains this week just in case.

Also saw a chap who will do the flip style keys on the forum. Like the look of those a lot. :D

Welcome. Toledo is a cracking colour and the 2.2 sounds great.

Nice colour,And the 2.2 is a good one,low volume sold, relatively speaking,and a nice straight six :D

If memory serves me,you can change the manifold downpipes to larger ones, and get a nice few extra wee horses :driving:
(If you wanted to,am sure a 2.2 owner did this year's back)

Passed you yesterday around Bunford lane (I think) area, I was in my black z4! I’m also Yeovil and I don’t see many z4 ‘s in town and clocked the colour of yours.
