Hi all!

I have had my Z4 for about a year and a half now and still love it. I changed out the antenna with a stubby and added the AUX input for my XM Radio. I will soon post some pics.

Cool photo in the December contest. I really like that windshield reflection. 8)

Thanks!

I just found a better place for my XM Radio antenna. It was on the trunk for a while but I noticed that small scratches started to show- plus it did stick out like a sore thumb a little. It's now on the right side of the dash, next to the windshield. I ran the wire under the seam to the right, then under the rubber down the door seal, then back into the glove box, where the dock is.

HI bsmith_tsu
Welcom to the Forum ... it's definately the best one out there.
I know that I'm the first 'dumb Brit' to welcome you ... but I have a small question ... what does the XM do, is it some kind of CB radio?
Regards :?

XM radio is satellite radio. Just like satellite tv, but for radio. The clarity is much better than standard FM.

Welcome to the Forum.

Where abouts do you call home? It would be helpful to those of us who set up meets and events to know where you call home. There is quite a large group of us that like to have G2G's ( get to gether 's ) and meet other like minded people.

Very nice install on the XM. If you get a chance post your process of the install in the DIY section.
