PIcked up my 35iS at last and brought him home safely

Post by Jasey » Mon Sep 29, 2014 7:03 pm

Was a bit of a journey - Split into 2 - as I didn't fancy the 2 flights and a 6 hundre mile odd drive in the one day - So I managed to get a brownie point visit to my Mum in :).

First impressions;

1. Absolute dream of a car to drive - breaking in gently (ish) but even then you can feel this thing means business.
2. 3 cars for the price of 1 - Motorway cruiser, Open top roadster and a "just about supercar" - well maybe not but the way the things pulls is just immense.
3. Seems to attract flies like nothing else - but that could be the time of year and my chosen route :)

Anyway - better put a picture up to avoid offending anyone :D

Went into John Clarks and they had a 2 year old 35i (not s) on the forecourt for £600 less than I paid for the 35iS - Got it via Broadspeed - that's the dealer they picked.

to be honest I've given up trying to get a decent deal out of the Aberdeen stealer network - too many oil rich knobends walking in paying pretty much full retail ;) :D

Made a weekend of it going down south anyway - And the dealers seem much nicer :D

I've got that 35is itch again!
You don't stop playing when you get old - You get old when you stop playing!
So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with. :thumbsup:
