Saying hello (back after a year off the road)

Post by kayjay0_7 » Tue Nov 04, 2014 3:05 pm

Purchased a pretty clean 2.5 z4 on Saturday after selling my rotten Toyota Supra

She's on an 03 plate with just under 71000 on the clock, not too keen on the 16" alloys so those will be changed shortly

Can't wait to get out and have a decent drive

Welcome to the forum - clean looking Zed.

The ride will be harsher if you change the wheels - you pay for the looks but most prefer 18s.

I'd probably go with a set of 17's , although I could be swayed by a set of BBS 108's

Hi, just bought my lovely black roadster 2.0i with only 37,000, to discover the passenger window would not quite close. This cost £234.00 to repair. Now it appears the manifold is cracked and I'm hoping I can eventually get this welded. Has anyone else been down this road? (excuse the pun)

Welcome nice looking zed in the iconic colour!good luck with her. For some reason always liked the smaller wheels as it made the car look low from certain angles....just my 2p

Hi and I welcome - nice loking car. Enjoy!

By the way, if other newbies are reading this the take note that kayjay0_7 posted a pic of his Zed, without any nagging. This is the behaviour we expect from ALL forum members. And for those oldies who have not upgraded from their box camera or who profess not to have mastered the interweb, get on the case!
