Newbie: Wannabe Z4 Owner

Post by Easi85 » Sun Dec 11, 2016 1:06 am

Good morning everyone,

I'm a wannabe Z4 owner, I've been wearing my fingers sore scrolling through adds and forums for a roadster.

To be honest originally I wasn't even sure if it was a Z4 I wanted, kinda was looking at either a S2000, Merc SLK, Boxter or the Z4....each has their merits, but think I am pretty settled on the Z4 now.

The forum looks great, friendly, with a wealth of knowledge readily shared.

No pictures to add yet, but as soon as I do this will be my first port of call.

Z4 owner in the waiting.... :D

Lots to consider - have loved all my Zeds - 3.0si is a great choice but there's a Zed for everyone out there.

Good luck with the search.

Morning OP,

That was a similar two seater list I had when I first set out my on quest! After doing quite a bit of research I quickly settled on the Zed.

All the best with your search.

Welcome to the forum. You'll find any number of people have tried the Merc/Porsche/Z4 route, myself included.

Of course, if you can't find a proper Z4, you could always opt for the Coopay ! :tumbleweed:

Or you could always go for the 200kg overweight E89, unless you really want an E85 pram-top with a drowned roof-motor!

But then you could look for a proper Z4 with an all-year roof - as in E86! :headbang: :poke:,
