Hi Guys, just bought a z4 2.0i sport with 48656 on the clock, picking it up on Thursday after new mot, service and valet.
Its going to be my daily drive and a bit of a difference from my landrover freelander. I've only just registered on this forum but have been looking at the posts for weeks and am very grateful for all the tips and advice from you members on buying a used z4
I'm 65 years old, hope I don't look daft in it, but cant help myself I just love the z4

Drain Holes and deep interior clean top of the list, on test drive roof opened and closed smoothly in about eight seconds so hopefully roof motor is ok, no rattles inside the zed or from the engine, carpets interior and boot dry.
Checked the log book, one lady owner from new which I confirmed from the long blonde hair I found in the car plus slight scuff marks on the trim by the gear knob from either a bracelet or watch. couldn't find any problems with the car after spending nearly three hours with it, It has no mods, exterior bodywork looks great except for three tiny scratches on offside front wing which wont be on it once I get my hands on it. picking car up on Thursday haven't slept much since Saturday when I bought it. is that normal!
