First greetings!
Good evening all!
Wanted to say hi, I'm currently a prospective owner, looking out for a Z4 specifically as my next car and a sensible step up from a hot hatch I would say?
Currently driving a Citroen DS3 but running 190bhp and it's decent fun, but I'm listing after something a bit more grown up, more fun and rear wheel drive is always better!

First greetings!
Hi and welcome.
This forum is full of non-grown up owners of grown-up cars and I am proud to include myself in its ranks !
Hope you find the Roadster of your dreams with a whippy. You wouldn't want the other ones (car and aerial) would you?

Welcome.
Any model in particular? Are you looking at E85/6 or E89s?

First greetings!
Thanks all!
Looking for an E85 in particular, I've stuck a thread up in the buy/sell cars section with my wants, but at the same time I'm excited to get into a car with a proper engine! Always enjoyed driving my dads E39 with the M52, so imagine the newer engine in a sporty chassis to be a delight

Hi and Welcome!
Any insight to what you're after? Facelift? Pre-facelift? 3.0?
Good luck with the search!

I probably should have put all this up front! Haha, 3.0 engine, facelift or not isn't a concern as I'd rather get a sorted pre-facelift than a tatty facelift, £6k is as much as I want to spend right now so I imagine it's primarily the older cars I'll be looking at.
Positives of this being I've done a lot of work with my dad on his last E39, which had the M52 engine, so I imagine there's a lot of similarity there.

If you go for a pre facelift 3.0 then that's a M54 so there will be plenty of similarities!mjennings23 wrote:I probably should have put all this up front!
