Love it!!

Post by AndyO » Mon May 15, 2017 2:17 pm

I got my very first Z4 today and love it, love it, love it!

2011 sDrive23i M Sport.

It is a miserable day; dark, cloudy, spots of rain, but I thought sod it; roof is coming down. It was an amazing drive, engine is so responsive and once in sport mode on an empty straight road it took my breath away. It took me back 30 years to my Mark II Golf GTi, it felt great after driving family sized saloons and estates (BMWs of course). Middle-aged isn't so bad after all. It will be my child and grandchild free zone, I don't mind taking the wife (comfort mode of course, she gets a bit scared if I go too fast).

Hopefully the photos below appear OK, this is the first time I tried it...

Thanks you guys.

I've already had a bit of advice about run flats and I intend to change to regular tyres when my rears are due.

This is an automatic and it has paddles on the steering wheel which I have never had before. Any advice about using them? I've not touched them yet because I'm not sure how to use them - suppose I ought to Google it.

Any other advice is welcome.

Are there any Cheshire or North Wales regular Z4 meet ups?
