Just get a double DIN Alpine or Pioneer system to replace your current radio and then you can have a screen that big that pops out. Will also play DVDs too!

However, it won't get rid of any standard nav screen you've got, so you'd have to replace the dash too!

Cant see why you would need to eplace the dash, but you would need to remove the vent tubes from behind the vent to get enough clearance.

I assume the pic is a PhotoShop job.

Would look better than a single DIN non OEM headunit though.

I would suggest a in car pc, you can use any screen then and bolt on gps, bluetooth, wifi and any other gubbins you want.

You can also wire it in to monitor the engine in real time if you have the right software and cables.
