Garage cabinet deal (Halfords)

Post by T2FFN » Sat Jan 17, 2015 8:14 pm

Just reserved this 3 cabinet Pro range deal: http://www.halfords.com/motoring/garage ... tool-boxes

Use code B15MT10 for an additional 10% off, so £225 for the 3 cabinets. Saving £275!

Seems like a very good deal.

*Edit* Link appears to fail every time, just go to halfords > Motoring > Garage Equipment > Tool Chests and there's a banner for a combo 5 drawer cabinet, 7 drawer chest and 4 drawer chest for £250

It's a good price for what you're getting and the pro range is pretty good, with roller drawers, etc.

Only available time to time, but Costco do a simply superb range in pure stainless steel. It's what I have, 11 drawer and top box for the same price a league ahead, but if not I'd have gone for this at the price

Have you got any links for that. I've been drooling over the Costco mega cab for a while but it's 450 quid........although to be fair I could probably live in it!

Ricey - don't think they do links - More of a turn up at a branch and see if it's in stock, or when the mailer comes out to members offering it.

No worries guys, glad others can see the savings too.

I picked mine up today, somehow got all 3 to fit in the gf's Clio. (just) Great quality, smooth drawers with the ball-bearings, very well built.

Taz, my garage is a gym and my spare (downstairs) bedroom is my 'garage' with all the tools and car bits. :poke:

Bet you didn't get them in the E89 :P

I collected a set of the industrial cabs recently and was pleased I had the X3 - the guy at Halfords who helped me load them said that a while back someone asked his girlfriend to pick up a set he'd reserved and when they carried them out to the car park for her they found that she'd turned up in a Fiat 500

Just wish they'd not used crappy stickers on them. Want to remove them but it leaves paper and residue so will take plenty more effort than should be necessary to clean them up.

It's quite easy really, warm them up well with a hairdryer and they peel back and only leave a tiny amount of residue - this wipes off easily with a bit of kitchen roll and Tardis (or similar)
