New FK Lowering Springs (E85) £50!

Post by Darkangelv2 » Sun Sep 03, 2017 10:58 pm

These have become very pricy in the uk.

Thankfully FK are discounting the springs heavily direct.

New FK Lowering Springs (E85) £50!

I had FK lowering springs on standard shocks. It looked great. But if you enjoy driving your car at anything above snail pace. You might be disappointed.
My little blue zed is in lots of bits. With lots of things started and not many finished! I may have found the limits of my time and ability!!

I went from run flats on SE suspension to FK with 'proper' tyres so the overall affect of the change was a slightly stiffer ride. I really considered them a cheap temporary upgrade prior to obtaining coilovers.

Definitely more about looks. 8)

I'm running on standard SE springs (rears were replaced by previous owner), are you saying that these FK springs won't perform as well as my current springs?

I found they ruined the ride on my car. It had no damping and just bounced up and down. Maybe they just highlighted work shocks i dont know. I was glad to get rid of them.

Don't be a dickhead if that was the case then id still be driving on broken rear springs if I got them to replace mine (read the post). I did pay £97 from a Uk supplier before I get some others from Germany. What's your problem anyway?. Do I know you? Are you one of them at 2 faced lads from the Z4 meets.

Like I say I'm organising a meet in October, check out the meets section. Do you want my name so you can size me up so you can 'have me? ' grow up mate im not even on Facebook. All I can see here is you acting like a spoilt child as usual and getting caught out you don't like it and come out with some cock n Bull story.
