I loved the wheels and mine will be very similar at some point.
It was a cracking car.

A big 'Thank You' to Mac and his family - awesome place to live and we had a great time again this year
Unfortunately I didn't get to take any photos during the event as every time I thought about grabbing the camera, I ended up getting sidetracked and chatting to someone
A big to Beedub, Mr Wilks, Machine Monkey, Steveo, Marlon, AlienZ and all the others that I met for the first time...
...and, to all those that I've met before, but still stopped to chat, I obviously didn't bore you completely senseless the first time

Hi guys, really enjoyed ZEDfest, didn't get to chat with many of the Z4 forum members. I was parked next to Maurice (the martian) Alien z. and billz, Had a natter with the man next to me in another Sterling Grey Z4 with Turbine style wheels, think he was from Peterborough but we never swapped names. If you're out there please give me a shout.
Tony.

Your Alpina is stunning, i was with Alienz as he quizzed you regarding the clutch on the Alpinas. I think he craves one but is too old to press the clutch now a daysPerryGunn wrote:A big 'Thank You' to Mac and his family - awesome place to live and we had a great time again this year

As I said on Sunday, I don't think the clutch on my car is particularly heavy compared to other cars I've owned but clutches can vary even between two, otherwise identical, cars so the only way he'll know is by finding one he's interested in and taking it for a test drive

Thanks Byron - looking at your car has got me thinking about polishing the under-bonnet alloy parts (... given the amount of work involved, I almost wish you hadn't turned up now )Beedub wrote:same to you too, lovely to see the car, i love the bmw red it just pops....PerryGunn wrote:A big 'Thank You' to Mac and his family - awesome place to live and we had a great time again this year

after seeing all the shiny detailed and polished paintwork of some of the cars I've now purchased a buffer, clay mitt, large microfibre towel and....... the worst.... tyre shine....

What colour is this car?Marlon wrote:Some of Lady Marlon's pics from today
Looks very nice. Is it valencia orange or a bespoke darkish version of that?
And with X5 alloys by the looks of it? (in gunmetal gray)
