Coming with the missus

Not sure whether she'll enjoy the Sunday hoon

Going to Cragside House - NT place and then staying near Newcastle then down to The Dales etc - do the Alston - Middleton in Tessdale run etc then maybe home or stop over in York to see relatives.

Is the run going to be fast do you think? You know the route and the pace you need to set to get around in the time. My car is new and still bedding
in - it hasn't even done 1k yet so i don't want to be flogging it just yet!

You can stay at the back of the group,and go at your own pace, others have brought brand new 35is to meets/National etc in the pastt,and kept with our pace okay

Upto you though,as how fast you want to go in it.

Hi Craig. Just to let you know that I have got accommodation sorted for the Saturday night now so am really looking forward to the driving on Sunday.

Allow plenty of time at Cragside and do the drive around - if I'm not mistaken the rhododendron are in bloom late April / May

Looking at impressive turnout for this......Now at 19 cars, which is good,and probably the most there has been for a Scottish forum meet,usually get between 8 & 15 cars.

Seriously hope we get a dry day,and can enjoy the route at its best,roofs down too

Reccied the Route today...Had lovely sunshine,around 17c and next to no traffic on the roads

Hopefully a day the same as today will be shared get, fingers crossed

Although,did the reccy in a Vw Touran,so wasn't all that fun,lol...Although had a great weekend day,with the Wife and our baby son
