SW PH run. Sunday 6th Nov.

Fingers crossed the weather forecast looks perfect for Sunday I'm out with a couple of guys from PH, on Sunday for a run Up to Bude then Down the coast Road to Newquay way. As always would be great to have a few extra Zeds along.

Ah can't do sunday, would've been good to say hello. Will have to settle for the long way back from Liskard trago on Saturday

Can't beat a bit of shopping at Trago, on a Saturday. Be sure to grab a tasty cheap breakfast, then bag a bargain, you didn't actually need in the first place.

Yup, I reckon so, if we wait for young Bernie on PH to get his act together, it'll be New year.

There should be three from the PH forum there, but, as you probably know, people don't check the threads there so often as here.

Yeh weather today was terrible, the long way to trago was great on the way there this morning, misserable on back. Glad i popped up to dartmoor to eat my lunch yesterday
