Ok so last year Mr wilks organised a long table for those that wanted so meet and chat over dinner could do. As he is not attending this year I thought I would start the ball rolling on this.

I was thinking of trying to book the table for 7:30 / 8:00 if this suits the majority?

Every time I've stayed here they have a set 3 course menu with a few different options on it plus an á la cart menus I think. (Don't quote me on it) I'll give them a call next week when I'm back from my hols to confirm but thought I'd start a list to gauge interest.

Good thinking Stuart , worth getting it sorted as any more than 15-20 they would struggle without prior booking .
Real pity i can't make it this year as the hotel night was most enjoyable & complemented a great weekend
Mat will have to get a new roomy this year

I'm sure the hotel won't mind you coming in to eat and drink Mike, just leave your wash bag and tent at the Watermill.

Think Number5 is booked in there too Ed so make sure you're up by at least 6-30am with your camera to catch him outside cleaning his car down

Sorry Stuart BBQ is only Sunday and too busy to do a bar, as some are camping over and for those who get here early are more than welcome to pop round, say hello
