The time has come for a new wash mitt as mine is looking tired. I'm a bit of an autobrite whore, but recommendations on a quality wash mitt?

Yep, I use those as well but you need 3 for the car though.

One for the top part up to half way the door level, one for the bottom part, and one (old) one for the exhaust and underneath the really filthy parts.

In bad weather, I actually use 4, where the 4th is only used on the clean car once it has been washed using the other 3 ...
Current:
911-50 Black - unique spec

Abarth 595 Comp.
Golf Clipper - collectors item
Z4 3.0si Black Sapphire

PVR is your paintwork completely scratch free when inspected under LED lights?

Yep, and with my black paint, it would be rather obvious.

When Bing started borrowing my M, it was delivered with the paint 100% scratch / swirl free as well (ignoring couple of stone chips).

I've just bought these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161236926055

Four different colours, so I can use one each for Glass / Bodywork / Wheels / Engine.

Impressive stuff. Are you handy with a DA? Or have your washing (and drying) routine perfected so that you do not inflict any swirls or scratches.

Ah yes black paint...My arch-enemy!!!

I try my very best but not matter what I do I can see very fine swirls under LED lighting. I know it's me because I have spent £1k+ with 2 different detailers this year alone and the last one made the paint flawless.

I've requested a DAS 6 DA for XMAS and will be down the scrap yard to buy some panels to practice on in the NY.

Just seen your pics. Garage GOALS 8)
