Machine polishers
I'm thinking of getting into machine polishing. I have my eye on a dodojuice buff daddy das6. Is this a good one to start with? I have little knowledge on them, but I plan to get a scrap panel to practise on before attempting the zed.

Hi, best bet for a beginner is a da as you can't really damage the paint with them. A rotary polisher will punish quickly!

I've seen this..
http://www.slimsdetailing.co.uk/slim-s- ... d-kit.html
It's slims own model, what's the difference between this, the kestral, chemical guys, etc versions? Also I'll be using autobrite brilliance to fill the light swirls that are in places and a couple of light scratches, what are the best pads to use with it?

Thats a great finish
What pad/polish combo did you use?
Im waiting for better weather to do my coupe. On my e46 i used hex logic and merenza polishes but cant remember what combo but remember requiring a 2 step as the paint was very tough and needed refining.
