Deposit banked & new buyer collecting tomorrow .
No regrets scratching the Alfa itch but don't see me buying another .
It looked great but lacked poke & pedigree & whilst i have had no issues in my 9 week ownership :oops: i was gripped by Alfa paranoia more than likely induced by the Alfa forum which i soon stopped visiting .
As for a replacement ? There isn't one , iv'e cancelled the policy & really am going to try without a weekend motor for the first time in 5 years :(
Had lots of interest in the car & at least got back what i paid so all's well that ends well :thumbsup:

It did look a nice car :thumbsup:

It'll be interesting to see how long you last. A weekend car for me should have no roof 8).
Best time to buy one with no roof will be in about four months time of course, just when you'll be getting bored of not having something to polish :driving:

Read me like a book Tom :oops: Big change since then though , took some time out from usual work routine in April & tbh if sacrificing the weekend car mean's i can carry on as i have the last 4 months then it's worth it .
No alarm clock & no commuting has been a life changer after 26 yrs chasing my tail :(
Maybe i'l reach the stage where i want to get back on the treadmill but for now i'm content to cut the cloth accordingly :thumbsup:

I completely forgot about the Z3! But yes ... A toy is a toy. It isn't needed, and your real toy is over in France with foundations! But still ... I'll watch this space :-p

(That guy on Facebook never did reply ... Again. Even if he did now I wouldn't bother, not a good start)

The Brera didn't even make it in the garage Ruth , 5 sets of wheels & 3 sets of tyres in there at the mo plus 2 sets in the van heading for refurb tomorrow :oops:

Berkshire isn't far from the channel Tom , I'm over the first week Sept & there's a spare house if you fancy stretching the M :thumbsup:
