I found this video of his Aston on the production line quite eye opening, all looks pretty low tech compared to say BMW but then I guess you would expect it being hand built. It was in the spray booth that suprised me that they start the spraying process by hand and then its automated, when I think about it thats probably why theres hardly any paint inside the door shuts on my M140i

TBH most of the car plants I've been in over the years for work manually spray inside door, bonnet and boot shuts. The amount of care and attention AM put into their prep and paint is not the normal though.
