BMW v12

Post by Sae » Sat Feb 11, 2017 1:26 am

I'm not particularly excited by 7 series, however, I do like the fact that BMW have a v12 on the go, and what else that engine could go into. Failing anything exciting like a v12 i8 - the 760 could be a mighty lux barge in like 10yrs time :)

Also supports the suggestions that there could be a BMW/McLaren car soon.

Completely pointless car. No use what so ever on a Cornish back road and you can't even put the roof down. Yet I term for one. Not to look at the plastic engine cover. Or even the swancky door sills 8) Nope I need one for a single purpose, as it would be just perfect for pissing off all those Bentlies at the lights   :

I do have the v12 on my engine configuration bucketlist, not sure how much longer they remain viable, so at least this will be around for another decade - and i wont need to have ferrari money :(

The new Aston V12 makes me think there's still hope for these "old school" engines. Glorious.

2008 Z4MC: heavy wheels | crap suspension | skittish rear end | wobbly engine | not enough induction noise | underwhelming turn in | inconsistent braking | lardy battery | chubby steering wheel
2006 Z4 2.5si: gone

Nice, although i very much doubt there will be any good old fashioned depreciation on the db11 :)
