Finally! An i8 I understand!

The i8 - arguably BMW's flagship model of the last few years...the car of the future.

Personally though, when I've seen it I've never been that impressed. I've seen it in the showroom and at a couple of shows and always think it looks a bit awkward. I know there is a whole lot more to this car apart from looks, but its just not pretty...until now! I saw this on Instagram today and just had to share.

Wow that's a beauty a lot better than the original. I do hope BMW make an M8 version of it or similar.

Surely there HAS to be an Mi8 (they should have called it the i7 then it could have been the Mi7)

I was thinking of dropping the electric motor and going for the v8 bi turbo from the m5 then it will have the looks and go it deserves.

I'm sure BMW will do something in the end

They do look futuristic, but I bet it's still an effort to get in and out though

:sweetheart:

I really really want that.

With those looks I'd happily have the current hybrid spec under the bonnet! Don't know what they have done with the bodykit but it's about the best looking car I've seen in years

Too fussy - trying too hard for me. Looks like a teenager's wet dream.
Much prefer the current/original.

Don't get the I8. Looks OK, though it's ageing fast & it's far too slow. Some one fit that top picture with a nice v8. :D

That looks awesome... but the driving experience without a petrol engine will still be very 'meh'...
