Well mines allowed so that means Marlon.

We will have to ban him
Maybe - I'm sure the photo I saw had a red car in it!

Can a Mod get banned though?
Mods get impeached.... anyone with a bogus M badge is automatically sent to the guillotine , and then impeached.
Sold the Z4 M Roadster and a 911 Carrera S now I have a 2021 Z4 3.0i

I have a badge problem admittedly, I used to fight it but I've come to accept it
That is good - you are on the first stage to recovery by accepting that you have a problem!

To be fair it doesn't really bother me - each to their own IMHO.

My Z4 isn't an M (I wish), but despite that being a Sport it has M stickers on each wheel and the steering wheel! (And one more on the ZHP gear-knob)!

So long as we all enjoy our Z4s I don't think it really matters!

Absolutely - I'm not having a "pop" at anyone here, it's all meant as a bit of banter!

So to anyone reading this please take it that way, and apologies to Marlon if his current role on here doesn't permit him to give me some grief - but pm remains an option!

It was all banter Mr Tidy - my sense of humour is very dry which doesn't always work in writing  I should have thrown in one of these :D
Apologies if it came across like that - another case of lost in translation.

Debadging? Why? And why does it cost more? If the badges aren't put on at the factory then it should cost less.... and ... an item must be "in place" before it can be "de'd " , as in de-badge.

I sense an industry wide conspiracy to defraud those of use who like anonymity.

Its been said before that BMW offer the option of having the car unbadged (rather than debadged) and that primarily this is taken up by those buying the base models but dont want to advertise that they couldnt afford the higher spec model. Conversly some buying the top model like to have them unbadged so boy racers dont bother them.

The debadging is a no-cost option, the badges aren’t put in place but are a default setting unless specified
