Recently did a few mods to the M,
and to celebrate I decided to make a nice in depth picture thread for everyone to see,
I've done quite a few picture threads now so I'm sure you used to the routine
Ok so what have I done,
Firstly lets go with the OEM CSL/ZCP rims,
Bought new from Evan at Tischer, I really can't say enough about these guys over there,
They are hands down the BEST online vendor I've ever dealt with and I buy ALL my BMW parts and accessories from them,
I encourage anyone who hasn't tried them to pay a visit to their site to see the phenomenal prices they have!
Go to http://www.getbmwparts.com Or Click the little banner below!
The guys there are awesome and have helped me with all my BMW's and shall continue to do in the future!
I really can't say enough good things about them, I'm sure everyone who has dealt with them knows what I'm on about!

But on to what the threads about, Pictures!
Paid (another) visit to BMW HQ for the pics,

Ok so we see the OEM CSL's in the pic,
Tires are Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3's, I also fitted flush tire valve stems, I really like how they look, a little fiddly to add air but I like the look of no valve stem,

We also see another exterior mod, The OEM Aero Side skirts,
Also bought from Tischer BMW
so BIG thanks again to Evan for hooking me up with those,

you can really see the sides stick out further with the aero sides,

Also fitted,
Supersprint Powerloop exhaust,

Beautiful exhaust, Wonderfully made and really beautiful installed,
The powerloop system has 2 pipes "looping" out the back to do something or other to the sound ( I never quite found out what EXACTLY the powerloop does ) but it costs $1000 more than the Supersprint Race exhaust!
Crazy!
But the sound of the powerloop is less aggressive and it actually quite exotic sounding,
Pics I found of the insides of the powerloop
(you can see the loops on the back of the Z4M muffler)
Ok so how it looks installed,

The sound is nice, Its not as loud as the Supersprint Race exhaust, I have heard that in person and although I did like it, I just found it was a little too much for me,
This is a perfect balance for me,
But to be honest, the new intake takes over the exhaust sound when you get above 4K revs!
That new intake is the holy grail of intakes itself,
The GruppeM

It is an awesome intake, and after owning the AFE and now the GruppeM I can see why people like it so much,
Its not a HUGE difference to the AFE, TBH I don't think most people would be able to tell the difference,
The sound is slightly more "bark" than the AFE, very CSL like,
obviously the look is miles better, it really is stunning,
I am thinking of coating the inside in heat reflective gold foil, I think that will look very good against the carbon,
Ok one final thing,
I had my OEM rear braces powder coated in white aluminum to match the OEM strut brace,
Its a perfect match and I love the way it looks,
Makes the engine look all caged in
I'm going to try to find some covers for the nuts, I have a few vendors online I'm looking at to order them from,

Ok and thats it for now!
I'm really liking how the car is looking and sounding, That intake and exhaust really work in harmony with each other,
other mods I've done are, 4.10 gears, ESS Tune, and a RPI Scoop,
The car is noticeably faster with all these mods and I just love it!
I'll leave with one last "artsy" shot I took as I was leaving,
I rather like it
Hope you enjoy the pics
