Dropped my upgrade calipers and carriers off today for a complete refurb  Just been looking at discs and pads and bloody hell i dont know where to start. What are your opinions/experience on Bosch discs and pads? I am being very cautious about jumping onto ebay and buying stoppers. What do i need to stay away from, what work and any recommendations on where to get them from? Calipers are fronts and will give me 325mm discs..
Also as an after thought do i need to get bigger brake shields?

opinions, comments and advice appreciated

Can't you fit csl rears to your front
As think 328mm as on z4ms,

So measure caliper and brackets and see if would fit
Just my 2ps worth

Russ, I've had a good few sets of mtec slots and dimpled on my cars and never had a problem. I use standard Brembo pads which are fine for street use. I can get them to fade by going mad, but for the price..

I went MTec discs with coating. No rust and decent performance.

Complimented them with the Textar ePads which have proven themselves more than capable but with a lot less dust.

This is the EXACT set up I will have soon, I’ve just ordered the front and rear mtec drilled and grooves discs, and I want textar Epads as my white Z shows brake dust like MAD!!!

Cheers mate  I’m planning to do the same mod but my upgraded calipers really need a good overhaul. I will check BCS out. I bet you can’t wait to get them back. Good luck with the mod and I’m looking forward to the pictures
