Roof motor replacement cost in NL

There's an enterprising but perhaps rather optimistmic Dutchie over on the 'stolengoods'r'us.nl' .... i mean, 'marktplaats.nl' website doing the E85 hood motor replacement service for the not inconsiderable sum of €680!!!! And that's probably ex tax.

So for anyone thinking that the same stellar service for which Durham Dave, Mike et al are offering is nothing short of a bargain you can always visit:

They probably remove the complete softtop like a dealer would do (not sure though).
But in all fairness, I think this is including a new pump from what I understand. A new pump is €416,- (whether its necessary or not....)

But there are better places to go to in the Netherlands, including z4 specialists.
But if you go on a roadtrip, you can just as well drive to pixelrichter (Hasloch Germany); he is the one and only MR roofmotor, as he is the inventor of this procedure and no one is as experienced as he is, having done this repair probably for over a decade now
