Simple modification that neatens up the rear, only costs £3 all in, and is very quickly reversible.

There is still a tinge of orange when the indicators are activated but not as bright as before obviously! Same goes for the reverse light.

I used a red tint film, I pre cut before applying.

Yeah same here, spray seems too patchy for my liking. How did you get the correct circle? as its not perfectly round. Sorry for all the questions, just thought my 90mm cup method worked well

I put tracing paper around them and then got a template from that.

It looks much neater now.

but it has a clear bulb glowing through normally clear lens.... now covered in red, surely it'll glow red

Looks great, christurbo, definitely something I want to do to mine... echoing the question before, where did you get the film from? Got a link?

m44rrt, it was talked about recently, if I remember correctly you don't need a reverse light to pass the mot. The indicators do need to visibly glow orange though.
Someone mentioned a green bulb may help?

Personally, I want to keep the white reverse light for the plebs who can't tell the car is in reverse from the direction it's moving

i was looking for spray tint to do my clear rear lights, but i think i might go this option now.

I want to keep the 4 white spots too, might require some crafty stencil work to fit exact
