Why?

I also don't see mine as a longer term car but have had it for just over 2yrs. I want a Cayman next and the thing I hate the most on the Z4 is the steering, followed by the relatively poor NVH levels.

Because I can't seem to keep a car for long, if it lasts two years I'll be very happy but my list or cars to own is huge so while I'm young and free I need to experience as much as I can :)

1 year 8 months.
Wife still looks at me like I'm insane when I tell her I'm going to drop another grand or so on my "Girl Friend" as she calls it.

One day my "Girl Friend " will be where I want her.

Not a Garage Queen, but not a daily either. If that make sence.

God saw me fit enough to drive it. It's my responsibility to drive it the way its meant to be drove. (All Roads Open.) Mods and fixes are mounting and I don't care, as it will be drove come hell or high water. :D

Had mine just over 5 yrs, considered trading it on for a 1 series, due to running costs but then I just couldn't do it. I have no plans to sell and I can see it staying for a few more years yet. It's the longest I've ever owned a car.

I had an E87 123d for over 6 years before I got my first Coupe - don't even think about it.

On my 2nd Coupe now, but into 4th year of Coupe ownership and still loving it! I used to be a serial car changer, but there is nothing I would rather have in the same budget.
