There's optimistic and there's down right delusional.... £12k for an auto with near enough 100k on the clock!?
That is a bit optimistic.

Noticed this for sale by Sytner Nottingham.
Doesn`t look to be cleaned at all.
I would have expected better from a BMW dealer.

Not well prepared at all, and it's not cheap! They don't even mention it having rear parking sensors, but I love the interior!

This one looks like a much better bet (and even has the same interior)!

I bought mine from a BMW dealer. The pictures they had on their website showed a car which wasn't clean, the interior floor with dirt and gravel in the footwell, tatty wheels and tyres. It didn't look cared for. I looked at it on their site several times over a few months before deciding to give them a call.

I arranged to view it as it was only a few miles away, and when I arrived was impressed by how good it looked. The pics on the website were taken the day it had been px'd, but since then they had cleaned and polished it, replaced the wheels and fitted new tyres.

I decided to buy it, but always wondered how many people had been put off by those pictures, it would have made more sense to take the after pics and put those on the website. It seems the dealers are so eager to get cars listed online, pretty much any pics will do.

I used to work for BMW and they always used to do this at my Dealership. It drove me crazy as it never showed the car in it's best light and we had to do all the photo's twice. I used to complain but it fell on deaf ears. The bosses just wanted to get the enquires and have as many cars online as possible.

It was up to the salesmen then do deal with the problem questions, why presented like that, looks untidy, why isn't the car ready for test drive if it's on the website (because it's at the body shop getting the wheels done and the bumpers painted for 2 weeks!) etc
