New discs and pads ?

Post by Dietcokeman » Mon Sep 26, 2016 2:14 pm

Looking for recommendations , 2003 2.5 , nothing earth shattering , but it's pretty minty especially now I've got some MV2's being refurbed for it as I type this , so I'm thinking that as the pads are getting low and the discs are alittle long in the tooth I'd do those at the same time as fitting the new wheels .

So without breaking the bank and as I have no performance upgrades needed on the brakes , what would the collective recommend ?

New discs and pads ?

I also have a 2003 2.5 and replaced all discs and pads with ECP Pagid. No complaints and would recommend.

Didn't bother with a new wear sensor as the previous hadn't been triggered.

Been about 4 years since I did the front, but I seem to recall £70-80 all done. Rears all in were a little less.

Cheers
