Slash her tyres, even if she is driving an old piece of sh!t she will certainly care if she cant go anywhere in it. Keying her car or painting strippering it is all well and good but if she does care about what she drives it will have little effect. Immobilzing it will, particularly when you go back and do it again a few weeks/month later when she has had all the tyres changed! Keep going back and doing it ans she will eventually have to sell the thing or she will end up being sectioned. Eithers fine!

Assuming the police have the name of the offender and charges have been pressed i think you would be in your right to claim damages for insurance excess and any subsequent increase in insurance premiums over the next 5 years as a result of a claim this could be persued through the small claim courts. Even if they cant pay an outstandimg ccj seriously affects thimgs like borrowing or credit so whilst you dont get to issue physical harm you can cause them hardship and difficulty for some time if that flicks your switch.
That's the problem. They can't press charges as she denies it. It's my word against hers. In essence I'm saying one thing, she's saying the opposite.

It's the usual law bollocks. You need proof to substantiate any sort of claim.

I'm considering putting forward a case anyway but don't know how likely things are to go my way as there is no "hard evidence" or whiteness to corroborate my story.

Revenge is a beautiful thing. Need to find out her address and cost her a similar amount of money. New windows every 3 months would sort that after a year or so. People won't learn unless you hurt them in the same way....

Parked outside a park, which happened to be in her neighbourhood. She's know to local police as a trouble maker. Clearly not all there in the head - not that that excuses her.

In respect to the second part of your message, I'm unable to comment if you catch my drift

Figured that wouldn't do me any favours at the time I made my claim... so yeah I restrained myself. Plus when I called the cops and they find a body at my feet... well probably end up in cuffs, etc etc. Lol

The liberal left do good brigade are to blame. They've had their try at moderating society, now it's our try: Bring back the Birch !

Having had a few cars keyed, I know how you feel.

Has your local BMW dealer got a 'Smart Repair' centre? I had a metallic black car keyed down both sides, across wings & both doors. It was down to the white underneath, but they told me it should polish out and quoted £60 per side. I thought he was mad, but it worked!!! I've had them sort out a few car park bumper scuffs too (left by others.... not mine!) and they've always done a great job.

Gutted to read this. Had some arse deliberately wreck the door on my FIAT Coupe. Never knew who though. Honestly if I knew who it was there would be retribution. Lucky for her we're not all the same.
