dension gateway bt questions

Post by dhobbs » Sun Mar 26, 2017 9:52 am

I'm thinking of getting a Dension Gateway Pro BT GWP1BM4 Bluetooth Adapter

Does anyone have one and recommend it?

I already have the normal usb version but thinking of the Bluetooth one.

Is it easy to setup?
Do the steering wheel controls work with it?

What text is displayed on the HU when you receive calls?

Can you integrate Google maps (i.e. navigation) through the audio?

I have the basic business HU and my phone is android.

Any comments welcome.

Only have the Dension 300 GW sorry, but the integration is good with the steering wheel controls and nav display. Just a very steep learning curve getting the hang of using it

I have the basic usb version with text display. Good device for music, but was thinking of upgrading to Bluetooth.
It works with my steering controls too, just not sure about the phone buttons.
