Bit of a Road Trip this weekend..
Ok, tomorrow I'll be doing a round trip of approx 750 miles in the Zed, on my own (bliss)
Nicely fettled and pampered with all the levels checked yesterday and tyres inspected and pressure checked.
Will be the longest trip I've done to date in the Zed, so looking forward to it. I'll be implementing my "new" 79mph cruising speed on the motorways and dual carriageways etc, rather than my prev 84mph one... Lesson learned - May be the last time I can do that too, what with the draconian new rules coming into play next week.
So if you see, or hear me on my travels, give me a wave!! Zed is filthy at the moment, but don't see the point in washing it, although the glass has been done inside and out and retreated with RainX, so I expect she'll be a rather darker shade of grey by the time I get home!
Route goes something like, St Helens to Chelmsford, then through to Ilford, down to Ilminster in Somerset, and then calling into Henley on Thames on the way back home....
I think I'll be filling up more than once or twice!

Long one for me and the missus too this weekend - Going up for Craig's Galloway Meet then across to Northumberland, back via York - around 950 miles or more depending on Craig's route.
