really nice leather, sat in a couple of regular sport seats from a 330 but that leather is not half as good as the M3 leather. Lucky thing from my side by the way because i wasn't particulairy looking for M3 seats

Great thread and so useful. My existing seats are manual with no electrics. If I tried to fit some from an E46 coupe with all the electrics would that be straightforward?

I actually prefer the cloth/alcantara sports seats from the 1 series, or the wider ones I had in my e34 M5.
The ones in the Z4MC are such a let-down for what is supposed to be a sports car.

Fitted my e46 sport seats a couple of weeks ago. They are more comfortable than the standard seats. They sit a tad higher, but not too much. Seatbelt buckle is compatible. But, I don't know why, I feel the originals are more suited to the car. The e46 seats are more comfortable and look better, but for some reason I still feel the originals were better in the car. Am I mental?
