Bimmertune finally came back to me today saying it will get £20 delivered for their custom loom but would rather give my money to a forum member if this project is happening
Is that the one that just uses scotchlocks. Noticed them selling it with the stalk on eBay for £130.
Could well be, I found out about them from a thread on here, someone commented it was much easier to fit than oem loom so I emailed them about buying just the loom.

Randomly just got back to me around 3 weeks since I emailed

I'll wait for you to get a price together for yours I've had the stalk sat in my garage for best part of a year

OK, BMW has confirmed price is correct, (It includes a load of shite I don't need) which is more than the other components added together making it a no go. With postage on top @ £17 all in I'd be loosing money. If I can get for a realistic amount I think I'm at £20 delivered.

However I have contacted a couple of suppliers with the manufacturers part number so I'm hoping to have another avenue of purchsing just the plug I need.

Can't say anymore than that, but if your happy to wait I'm still looking to see if I can make this work.

Still sounds good - hard to put a final value on simple (idiot proof) and easy to install. For me its about neatness and high likelihood of working straight away and I guess its the same for other members as well. No problem waiting you'll most likely have the solution before I have the courage to get into the loom with scotch locks! :?

At £20 it's the same price as bimmertune and for a better, easier to install kit then its a no brainer to go with yours!

I will keep you updated. Also gone straight to manufacturer, but they state it's a restricted part, do think they may decline to help
