E85 bumper mounts
Must have hit a speed bump at 2mph rather than 1 mph and it's knocked my drivers side bumper out of alignment I've had the arch cover off but can't see how the wing fits back up any advice on side mounts please guys

Bumper mount will most likely need replaced as they are designed as a sacrificial part.

Bought the new plastic clip but is there a rubber bush that the plastic clip goes onto I know it clips into the bumper and I can see where it goes onto the body but that's just a round lug type cutting

No bush, just push up into the wing and then attach bumper cover.
