I'm looking to replace the boot badge on my SI however, it seems a little different. I've read somewhere that they are 2 piece self adhesive compared to the earlier badges. Is this the case or am I mistaken?

Thanks in advance.

Coupe or Roadster? "BMW" or "Z4" badge?

BMW roundels on roadsters are 82mm with two pins that push into a couple of rubber grommets.

There is one on eBay for £3.00 here, but I would be concerned about quality at that price - OEM ones are usually around £20+ each.

You'll see that they're single piece- you can buy stick on covers/replacements but TBH they're usually pretty low quality.

Same diagram as above - it's a 70mm, but fixings are different as there are two plastic nuts that secure it from underneath, and you need to remove the front kidney grills to access.

Serial number: 51147044207, cost £20+

Again, beware of cheap eBay ones - they tend to fade so you'll need to change them yearly.
