Facelift front fogs

Post by MBZ4 » Mon Jun 26, 2017 6:59 pm

I was wondering if there is anyway to change the bulbs in the front fogs? If so would anyone be able to tell me the best bulbs that would match the xenon colour most effectively?

They seem to be very yellow and don't tie in with the xenon headlights very well.

Cheers,

Mike

H11 accessible easily behind the lower flap in the front wheel arch. Much better access with the wheel off.

same issue on my Zed ... yellow foglights and don't match with the white xenons. Would also like whiter sidelight bulbs and wondering if I should go down the LED canbus bulb route ...

I took mine out and put blanking plates in.

The fogs do very little in fog and they leak after a while (as mine did).

How easy are the fogs to remove/replace? Mine have water in them. Do you have to remove the bumper?

Very easy, can be taken off through the flap in the wheel arch. Two screws from the back and one on the underside on the outside of the car .

Brilliant. I'll add fog light x2 to my growing list of 'to do's' 8)
