My New Zed.....
Recently acquired this Zed, Japanese import, me being the first UK owner, only niggle is the Sat Nav mapping is Japan and was hoping to convert to Europe but it would appear that it's virtually impossible due to the Japanese systems hardware being different - will have to revert back to my trusty TomTom.

I like that colour and hood, looks in really good nick too.
Why a Japanese import though? Did you live there and bring it over?

I also was attracted by the colour, combined with the cream leather and walnut dash facia it looks amazing.
It was imported from Japan and I bought it off the importer, the attraction of buying Japanese is zero corrosion and the condition is usually mint A1.
This is my 2nd Jap import and I am not disappointed..........

Japanese sat nav is completely different, even the gps antenna is different, would be a major rip out and reinstallation job I'm afraid.markeg wrote: ↑Tue Jul 11, 2017 3:48 pm Very nice...

Tweaked my interest there now - so it's just the satnav that's in Japanese, or does that include the rest of the interface? Is the whole unit and harness different from the MV IV unit? Do you have any pics of it (and your interior)?acer54 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 11, 2017 4:16 pmJapanese sat nav is completely different, even the gps antenna is different, would be a major rip out and reinstallation job I'm afraid.markeg wrote: ↑Tue Jul 11, 2017 3:48 pm Very nice...

If it's the DVD unit and harness, I can see why it would be a major issue to rip and replace. There are forum threads detailing where owners have replaced the satnav with a tablet, is that an option for you?
