Boot Spoiler on or off - Opinions needed!

Post by thanatu55 » Mon Aug 14, 2017 5:45 pm

So I just dragged this out of the garage to take a couple of photos for another member on here. The plan was to sell it because when I bought it a year ago I wasn't really feeling it and it got buried away.

Since then I've made plenty of mods and whilst taking these photo's I just thought hmm, it actually looks ok now, so I'd just like to get some opinions from people on here which looks best, on or off?

Cheers peeps.

I just hijacked another thread with the same question so I'll keep quiet and watch yours with interest.

At present my inkling is with.

Haha I think we were both inspired by the same thread!

I'm leaning more towards with but I've been known to be wrong as pointed out by some on here (C.. C... Caliper Covers!) :silence:

On your particular car I'd say with but on my silver rear end with no mods at the rear I don't think it would look right.

It's a hard decision!

I've never seen such love for the aero backside! I thought 'spoiler' was a dirty word around here.

Anyway, bias or no bias I think my U-turn on selling it has been vindicated. Thanks for your opinions.

Looks good with the other mods, I don't think it would be as good with a standard car.

For me it's an absolute YES saw one years ago and loved it and thought if ever I got a Zed I would put one on. So when i got one it was my first proper mod.
And still love it

I don't know if that's a genuine comment or tongue in cheek, but it's no longer for sale
