Boot Spoiler on or off - Opinions needed!

Spoiler is the right word needs to disappear  love the shape of an E85 Roadster especially the back end so leave well alone in my book.

That said lol when I was young I walked around with a flat top ripped jeans and used leather jacket 2 ear rings in my left ear and so on and I thought I looked great its all down to your own taste so if you like it go for it.

It looks such a weird looking add on that it distracts from the car (BeeDubs spoiler is the only one that works)....remove it would be my view.

Love it, I've put my name down for the next group buy.

Also the blue car above has the same diffuser as mine, they just haven't blended it into the bumper. I think painting the underside black should be my next job.

i may be selling my spoiler and going a different route, but I'm really not sure, will be making a decision myself over the coming days, if i do ill drop you a line as you'll save some pennies as these once imported and charges paid are not cheap. Drop me a PM for more.

That blue one is a really mean looking car. I love it.

They're so lucky not having to have front plates to ruin the front end too.

I can't help thinking practically though, can you imagine it with uk speed humps!

I'm not a fan of the OEM spoiler, but beedub's one looks fantastic. Would be nice if painted the same colour as the car (but would ruin the carbon fibre style).

Ultimately, it's up to you. Probably a 50/50 split on here so no help unfortunately. Great car by the way!

Thanks Dhobbs, yeah this all started quite favourably towards the I's, but the No's seem to have evened it out. To be honest I've completely gone off it after Beedub demonstrated how to do it right.

Thinking of a way you could body colour the spoiler whilst keeping the effect you could maybe extend the car colour a half to two thirds along the top of the spoiler to a sharply defined line whilst leaving the rest and the underneath in Carbon fibre. Seen it done on an aero spoiler which looked pretty decent, not sure if it would work on the smaller spoiler though.

There was a thread on here a little while ago with an aero spoiler in white, with different options for a black edge along the rear edge (if that makes sense).
