My brake fluid and oil is showing as needing done on my car. I have got a price from a local recommended BMW independent who changed my rear brakes this year and its £48 (incl VAT) for the brake fluid and £120 (incl VAT) for the oil and oil filter, is that reasonable? What are other people paying?

Slightly cheaper than BMW. Seems reasonable.

Supply your own parts and get a quote for just the labour. It's a lot cheaper and you decide on what parts is used

OP, those prices don't seem totally unreasonable to me.
Shop around and you may just get a few quid knocked off (Halfords £37 for brake fluid change) but if it's a recommended indy you should have more peace of mind.
And the correct grade oil for these cars isn't the cheap, one size fits all, stuff it used to be.
