Hi all,
I should have the prototype ready to trial fit to my car by next weekend so therefore we’re a few weeks away from production!
I’ve got some new pics to share soon, it looks insane!

Please remember that this isn’t this isn’t the finished article, this is a hand cut splitter for me to trial fit to my car! Once I give it the thimbs up I’ll send it back for the CNC programming etc and they’ll be ready to be sent out shortly.
Fitting looks to be easier with the bumper removed but I will try with it in situ.
Keen to hear your thoughts!

Do yoy use any existing boltholes when you fit it?
Do the middle parts just screw in the bumper or using lock nuts?

The bumper will need to be drilled. All hardware is supplied and using countersunk bolts.

We’re getting there. I have the prototype, it needs a couple of adjustments but with the spacers in this will sit flat and looks much nicer than the one you’ve linked. A lot cheaper and more OEM looking too.Philly_Sweden wrote: ↑Mon Nov 06, 2017 7:40 am sooo updates?

Steve do you think this would fit the SE bumper, the shape at the bottom of the two bumpers doesn't seem to different.

I’m sure it would but you’d likely need different spacers due to the way the M Sport bumper has I bigger void in the middle. Not a big deal, you might just have to be a guinea pig!

Right, update time!
Apologies, car was filthy...

I will likely change my grills and bumper bar to Satin black so it matches the splitter better.
We are so close to going ahead with the CAD work in order for these to be CNC machined but we need to get a car with the bumper mounted to the chap making the splitter. So is anyone interested near South Wales? You’ll get a very good discount on one for your time (we’ve both invested a reasonable amount of money in to this already).
If no one can help then I’ll travel to South Wales early December and get it sorted. I’m hoping we’ll have the first batch ready to go before Christmas. We’re both perfectionists and I don’t want it to be anything but spot on.

Epic! Much respect for your work mate!
Perhaps not so wide though so it doesnt stick out of the bumper on the sides? Maby if it followed the lines more?
